1.2 Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
1.3 You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order is shipped.

2.1 Shipping charges are calculated based on the delivery location, order weight, and shipping method selected.
2.2 Free shipping is available on orders above 1000 amount (if applicable).
2.3 Any additional customs duties, taxes, or import charges (for international orders) must be borne by the customer.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
3.1 Domestic Orders: Estimated delivery time is 3-10 business days based on location.
