1. Shipping Destinations
Currently, Zane Ayurveda ships products only within India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
2. Order Processing Time
a. All orders placed on www.zaneayurveda.com are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). b. Orders placed after 2:00 PM IST on a business day, or on weekends/public holidays, will be processed on the next business day. c. You will receive an email confirmation with your tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
3. Shipping Charges
a. Minimum Order Value: A minimum order value of ₹500 is required for all purchases on our website. b. Free Shipping: We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders above ₹500. c. Shipping Fee for Orders Below Minimum Value: For orders below the minimum order value of ₹500, a flat shipping fee of ₹[Your Shipping Fee, e.g., 50 or 75] will be applied at checkout.
4. Estimated Delivery Time
a. Once dispatched, orders are typically delivered within 3-7 business days, depending on the delivery location. b. Delivery to remote areas or during peak seasons (e.g., festivals) may take longer. Unforeseen circumstances (weather conditions, courier delays, local disturbances, etc.) may occasionally impact delivery schedules.
5. Order Tracking

You can track the real-time status of your shipment using the provided tracking information on our designated courier partner's website or through our website's "Track Order" section (if available).
6. Delivery Procedure
a. Our courier partners will attempt delivery to your provided address. If you are unavailable, they may attempt delivery two to three times. b. If delivery is unsuccessful after multiple attempts, the package may be held at a local hub for a limited time for you to pick up, or it may be returned to us. In such cases, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery. c. Please ensure that someone is available to receive the package at the provided shipping address.
7. Damaged or Lost Shipments
a. Damaged in Transit: If you receive a package that appears to be tampered with or damaged, please DO NOT ACCEPT the package.
