Payment Processing

2.3 Orders will be processed only after successful payment confirmation.
3. Cash on Delivery (COD)
3.1 COD is available only for select pin codes in India.
3.2 Additional charges may apply for COD orders.
3.3 Customers must ensure the correct shipping address and availability to receive COD orders.
4. Payment Failures & Refunds
4.1 If a payment fails but the amount is debited from your account, it will be automatically refunded within 7 business days by your bank/payment provider.
4.2 If you do not receive a refund, please contact your bank or payment provider before reaching out to us.
5. Pricing & Taxes

6. Order Confirmation

7. Fraud Prevention & Security

7.2 If a transaction is flagged as suspicious, we may request identity verification before processing the order.
7.3 Any fraudulent transactions will be reported to the authorities, and necessary legal action will be taken.
8. Cancellation & Refund Policy
8.1 Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement if they have not been processed for shipping.
8.2 Refunds for eligible cancellations and returns will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.
