1. Eligibility for Returns

1.1 Returns are accepted only for unopened, unused, and sealed products.
1.2 The return request must be initiated within 2 days of receiving the product.
1.3 The product must be in its original packaging, along with the invoice and all accessories.
1.4 For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned.

2. Non-Returnable Items

2.1 Opened, used, or tampered products.
2.2 Items purchased during special sales, clearance, or promotional offers (unless defective).
2.3 Personalized or customized products.
2.4 Free gifts or complimentary items.

3. Return Process

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

5.1 If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, notify us within 2 days of delivery with images as proof.
5.2 We will arrange a free replacement or issue a full refund based on the situation.
5.3 The replacement process may take 7 business days, depending on availability.

6. Cancellations

6.1 Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement if they have not been shipped.
6.2 Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled but can be returned as per our return policy.
6.3 If a cancellation request is approved, refunds will be processed within 7 business days.
